Hi! We are Eric Rackliffe and Justin Cooper, two long-time friends with a passion for beer. Our friendship began over twenty years ago when we were college roommates (and bandmates!) in Rochester, NY. After graduating, we ended up living in the same neighborhood outside of Denver, CO where we both started our families. Ultimately, we both landed here in the Exeter area. The universe had spoken to us, we were meant to do something together! With our love of beer, Eric’s talents as a brewer and Justin’s entrepreneurial skills, a brewery sounded like the most fun!
Eric Rackliffe - Arts & Crafts
Eric and his wife, Cristina, have three boys and a puppy named Cosmo. They live in Exeter where Eric commutes to his day job as a Boston-based pilot for JetBlue Airlines. He’s a self-taught brewer and with some help from his former Colorado neighbors, has been perfecting the craft for over 15 years.
Justin Cooper - Business & Tech
Justin and his wife, Jen, have one daughter. They live in Brentwood on a small hobby farm just outside of town with their dogs, Lacey, their barn cat, Lunchbox, and a large flock of chickens. As an executive for a Utah-based software company, Justin brings a background in sales, marketing, and business development to the brewery.
